The hotplate griddle series is designed with adjustable feet for easy benchtop placement. Body made from type 304 stainless steel with heavy-duty 16 mm cooking plates and operated with flame-out protection valves with independent controls, this piece of kitchen equipment is easy to use, maintain and clean.

Compatible with either natural gas or LPG (Separate Models), this hotplate is certified by IAPMO OCEANA Australia-wide gas certified to AS 4563-2004, Certification No. GMK10515.

Installation and Maintenance

Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
Read the product manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
Check and ensure the gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
