ALL MODELS ARE FITTED WITH V-I-P's OWN UNIQUE FULL LENGTH (END TO END) FORCED DRAFT COOLING SYSTEM TO EVENLY AND EFFECTIVELY REFRIGERATE THE CONTENTS IN EACH POT FROM ABOVE AND BELOW AS WELL AS THE STORAGE COMPARTMENT TO THE STANDARDS OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS.
THIS COOLING SYSTEM MAINTAINS THE CONTENTS IN THE POTS AT CONSTANT CORRECT TEMPERATURE. THE CONTENTS CAN REMAIN IN THE POTS OVERNIGHT.
