Easy to maintain with its condensing unit that can easily be removed and checked without disturbing the unit and allows the unit to be connected  remotely.
With 2 fans for a delicate diffusion of cooling and a proper slow ventilation (adjustable for the quantity of meat for the internal humidity).
The fans can be regulated from the fan controller, which is located next to the standard control panel.
The control panel has a particular set up for the meat cooling and for internal humidity control
