CONTACT GRILLS

A complete range of contact-grills especially studied for fast food. They are fitted with a spring counter-

balance top, armoured heating elements for a better spread of heating, cast iron plates enabling a uniform

cooking, thermosetting handles. All models are supplied with a regulation thermostat, an ON/OFF switch,

a drip tray and a scraper to ease the cleaning of the cast iron plates. The Panini model has been especially

studied to bake panini sandwiches (mozarella, tomatoes and ham) within 2 minutes. A taste of Provence and
